James I. Medina

James Medina has been in the flooring industry for 17 years with a diverse background in the residential and commercial work. For the last 10 years James has had an active part in the specifying all types of floor finishes for the hospitality Industry. In 2004 he was part of the team that opened the world renowned Mobil Five Star Wynn Las Vegas. He is currently assisting in the new and exciting addition to the resort Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.

James was formally trained in the forensics of floor failure in 2006. Daily James has the opportunity to work with some of the top Designers, Architects and Construction Project Managers in the Hospitality Industry. This has afforded him the advantage to work with rare and unusual products, and learn their benefits as well as their limitations. Both knowledge and experience of the construction industry has fed his passion to produce what can only be described as “Top Notch”.
